摘要 胰岛素抵抗在2型糖尿病和代谢综合征中占有核心地位。大多数研究认为胰岛素有直接抑制血小板活化的作用,且主要是通过L-精氨酸/一氧化氮系统增加血小板内cGMP水平来抑制血小板聚集的。目前已经发现血小板也会发生胰岛素抵抗。而且血小板发生胰岛素抵抗可能存在多个环节。本文主要探讨胰岛素和血小板L-Arg/NO系统间的关系及胰岛素抵抗时血小板L-Arg/NO系统的改变。 Insulin resistance is crucial in the pathology of type 2 diabetes mellitus and metabolism syndrome. The insulin - induced plate.let anti - aggregating effect is attributed to a nitric oxide ( NO ) - mediated increase of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). But this effect will be impaired in diabetes mellitus patients and insulin resistance will present to platelets. Our aim is to review how insulin affect L- Argi- nine/nitric oxide pathway in Platelcts and the changes of L- Argimine/nitric oxide pathway in Platelets when platelets resist to insulin.
