Developing the Rural NGOS and Constructing the Rural Harmonious Society

改革开放后,农村民间组织蓬勃发展起来,并在农村经济、政治、文化等社会各领域发挥着日益重要的作用。着重从构建农村和谐社会的角度分析农村民间组织在新形势下的重要地位和积极作用,并在剖析农村民间组织在发展中存在问题的基础上提出了当前培育发展农村民间组织的几点建议。

After the reform and open policy, the rural NGOS （non-governmental organizations） vigorously develop, and in social various domains, for example, the rural economy, politics and culture play a vital role day by day. This article emphatically analyzes the rural NGOS＇important status and positive function under the new situation from the angle of constructing the rural harmonious society, and proposes several suggestions of cultivating and developing the rural NGOS.
