摘要
知识管理是世纪之交全球学术界提出、并成为工商和科技界的炽热议题,对于我国当代企业来说,这可算是面临的一个新课题。探讨了我国当代企业实施知识管理的重要性,认为,对于企业,知识管理比信息管理更为重要;而对经营者而言,管理知识比拥有知识更为重要。企业实施知识管理的根本在于建立激励职工参与知识共享的杠杆化机制,以形成企业的集体创造力。
Knowledge riaanagement, which was put forward by the global academic circles at the beginning ot this cetury,has been a blazing topic in the circles of business and science and technology. It is a new problem that faces the contemporary enterprises in our country. Therefore, in this article, we discuss the importance of carrying out knowledge management for our enterprises. We think that, for an enterprise, knowledge management is more important than information management; but for a manager, managing knowledge is more important than owning knowledge. The basic purpose for an enterprise to carry it out is to build a leverlized mechanism which will stimulate workers to take part in knowledge share, so that collective creativity can be formed.
