介绍了国华科技按照“1+1”模式设计的利民选煤厂的工艺流程、供配电及自动控制系统、经济技术指标;该工艺仅用一台无压给料三产品重介质旋流器和一台煤用喷射式浮选机作主选设备;生产实践表明,该选煤厂取得了建厂投资省、分选精度高、电耗低、洗水闭路循环等经济和社会效益。

Introduced is the Limin Coal Preparation Plant designed according to '1+1' mode motivated by Guohua Sciences & Technology Co.regarding to its cleaning process,power supply and distribution,control system,and economic and technical indices;this process employing only one un-pressurized fed three-product HM cyclone and one jet-aerating flotation machine as its main cleaning equipment;production practice gave such merits as low investment of plant construction,high selectivity of cleaning,low power consumption,close-circuited slime-water,and high social and economic benefit.
