According to the massive historical evidences, this article has analyzed and summarized the characteristics and influences of education in the base led by the Communist Party of China during Sino Japanese War time. This article reveals,during the Sino＇Japanese War time, the education in the base has the prominent time characteristics in many facets such as the education methods, the education mechanisms, the education goal, the education object, and the education content.
