农村教师继续教育存在的问题及对策——湖北省C市的个案研究

The question and resolution of the teacher’s continuing education——A case study in C County, Hubei provice

通过对湖北省C市的调查,发现了农村教师继续教育中存在的诸多问题。教师继续教育的成本分担不合理和继续教育的实效性不高,是农村教师继续教育中存在的最迫切问题。针对这些问题,作者提出了相关的对策和主张。

The quality of the teachers hinders the development of the education in the rural areas.To improve the quality of the teachers is the key factor to develop the education in rural areas in China.This paper invesligate the teacher＇s continuing education in C county in Hubei province and give some advice about the teacher＇s continuing education.
