减免农业税是新时期党和政府为解决“三农”问题而采取的重要举措,也是当前社会各界广泛关注的热点问题。文中,笔者结合自己在广西北部调研的切身经历,就我国实行减免农业税政策的必要性、减免农业税面临的困境和对策以及一些相关的问题进行了分析和思考。
