创新高校学生管理工作的长效机制

A Probe to Some Creative Ideas for Enduring Effective Mechanism on Management Work of College and University Students

本文根据全国加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作会议上提出的“要坚持教育与管理相结合,把思想政治教育融于学校管理之中,建立自律与他律、激励与约束有机结合的长效工作机制”要求,着重从管理主体和管理方法两个方面对高校学生管理工作机制的创新问题进行了探讨,以期达到高校学生管理工作保持长久活力的目的。

According to the requirement of ＂To insist on combining education with management by mixing the ideology and politics education together with the college and university management, To build up an enduring effective mechanism on an organic combination of self-discipline and others＇ discipline, encouraging and restraining ＂ presented on the meeting of strengthening and improving the college and uni versity students＂ ideology and politics education work, this paper inquires into the creation on the college and university management work mechanism by focusing on the two sides of the main part and approaches of the management to achieve the goal of keeping the permanent vigor on the management work of the college and university student.
