This article surveys the present situation of agricultural comprehensive exploitation and production and management of the land owners in Shuangfu town, finds the main problems in the management of these owners, analyses the main cause of the problems, points out suggestions such as ＂changing production and management ideas＂, ＂renewing management mode＂, and ＂creating brands and developing order-form agriculture and supermarket agriculture.
