企业可持续发展评价体系与方法研究

Study on evaluation index system and method of sustainable development of enterprises

对企业可持续发展水平的评价体系和评价方法进行了研究。采用了一种新的评价方法—网络层次分析法(ANP)建立企业可持续发展的评价指标体系,对各指标作了比较详细的解释,分析了指标之间的相互影响和依存关系。分别用AHP和ANP两种方法来确定指标权重,比较分析表明,ANP方法得出的指标权重趋向均衡化,增加了指标权重的可行性和合理性。给出了对现实评价问题的处理方法,为企业和政府相关部门提供了决策方法和依据。

The author introduced the evaluation index system and method of sustainable development of enterprises. Using the theory of analytic network process （ANP）, this paper established a new evaluation index system, gave each index an explanation in detail, analyzed influence and dependence between one index and another as well, made a comparison between the results of ANP and AHP, which showed that the index weights of ANP were inclined to be more balanced and thereby enhanced the feasibility and reasonability of index weights. Finally, the author proposed methods to deal with problems in reality, thus providing a basis of decision-making for the related departments of government and enterprises.
