福建省教师继续教育体系建构的若干思路与对策

Some Thoughts and Strategies about Constructing in-Service Teacher Education System in Fujian

本文在简述福建省教师继续教育现状和问题的基础上,探讨了福建省教师继续教育体系建构的若干思路和对策:构建省级区域教师教育网络和“县级学习资源中心”;在加强政府宏观调控力度的同时实现管理方式的转变;将教师继续教育体系纳入高等教育系统;实现教师继续教育从独立封闭到多元开放的转变;推动教师教育的一体化和专业化发展;完善校本教师培训。

Based on the brief analysis of current situation and problems of in-service teacher education, this thesis probes into the thoughts and strategies of constructing in-service teacher education system in Fujian province, which include six ways： constructing the local network of teacher education in the level of province and creating ＂county centre of learning resource＂; changing the manner of teacher education administration while enforcing the controlling power of government; bringing in-service teacher education into the system of higher education; making in-service teacher education changing from the situation of independent and insulation to multiplicity and opening; moving teacher education toward the whole integrated system and promoting teacher professional development; perfecting school-based teacher training.
