福建省“十一五”期间经济社会发展趋势预测分析

The Prediction and Analysis of Fujian Economic and Society Development in the State 11 th Five-Year Plan

20世纪90年代以来,福建经济实力明显增强,经济总量实现跨越式发展。但是经济结构还不完善、城市化进程相对缓慢、科技实力较弱等制约因素,在一定程度上影响了福建经济社会等各项事业的快速发展。在综合分析90年代以来福建省经济社会发展的有利因素和不利因素的基础上,对“十一五”期间福建经济社会发展的前景做出合理的预测并提出了若干需要注意的重大问题。

Since the 1990s, Fujian economy has remarkably strengthened along with the leapfrogging development in its gross economic volume. However, the imperfect economic structure, the relatively slow process of urbanization and the weaker technological strength have, to some extent, affected the rapid economic and social development of all kinds of causes in Fujian. This paper intends to make a reasonable prediction on the prospects of economic and social development in Fujian in the State 11^th Five-Year Plan period, which is based on a comprehensive analysis of favorable and unfavorable factors of Fujian economic and social development since the 1990s. Also the paper raises some important issues that require our attention.
