According to the situation of insufficient investment in science and technology in the socio-economic development of Fujian at present, referring to the experiences of developed countries, this thesis proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions on how to set up the high-efficient and reasonable steady growth mechanism of investment in science and technology .
