The paper first analyzes the status of the resources of literature information in ethnic districts and it＇s present problems, then talks about the relationship between western China development and the building and sharing of the resources of literature information in ethnic districts, and finally gives the plans for solving the issues in building and sharing the resources of literature information in western ethnic districts.
