摘要
《傲慢与偏见》的译本不少,王科一先生的译本以其独到的功底和理解力成功地再现了原作的写作风格,突显了原作人物的个性。但由于译者忽略语境、望文生义而导致的误译也存在,对此也作出了客观正确的评价。
The aim of this paper is to analyze Wang Keyi＇s translation of Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, and to evaluate both its success in reproduction of original style, in re-creation of original characters, and its failure in understanding which leads to mistranslation.
