Renovation and Development of Regional Autonomy of Ethnic Groups

本文从民族区域自治制度的组织保障、自治实现形式、自治机关民族化和自治机关设置、民族区域自治法律制度及政策等方面讨论民族区域自治的创新与发展。指出,民族区域自治制度的理论及实现形式需要与时俱进,不断创新,才能更加有利于少数民族和民族地区的权利保障和自治权的行使,更好地服务于少数民族和民族地区的经济和社会发展。

This paper makes a discussion of renovation and development of regional autonomy of ethnic groups from such aspects as organizational guarantee, means of putting it into effect, nationalization and setting up of autonomous institutions, the legal system and policies of regional autonomy of ethnic groups. Theories about regional autonomy of ethnic groups should keep pace with the times. Only in this way can it benefit guarantee of rights and enforcement of autonomy of ethnic groups and ethnic areas, and promote economic and social development of ethnic areas.
