An Analysis of Sustainable Development of Counties in Ethnic Areas of Western China from the Perspective of Economics

文章探讨了西部民族地区县域的资源环境、经济、社会三个子系统的物质循环和能量供需机理,资源环境随人口和经济增长演化的特征与规律,首次对其可持续发展进行了经济学分析,并提出了在社会主义市场经济条件下,我国西部民族地区县域的可持续发展的宗旨、原则和措施。

This paper makes a discussion of material cycle and energy supply and demand mechanism of the three sub-systems-resources environment, economy and society in counties of western China, and of the characteristics and law that resource environment changes with population and economy, analyzes their sustainable development from the perspective of economics, and puts forward the aim, principles and measures of development.
