摘要
以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-570)、六甲基二硅氧烷(MM)为原料,在Me4NOH催化和二甲基亚砜(DMSO)促进作用下,通过本体聚合合成了有机硅大分子。确立了最佳反应条件,温度为90℃、Me4NOH的用量为0.12%时,通过控制MM的用量,可制得一定分子量侧链含双键的有机硅大分子。红外光谱图表明,分子结构达到了预期结果。
Used D4, KH570 and MM as original materials, catalyzed by Me4 NOH and promoted by DMSO, organosilicon was synthesized by bulk polymerization. The optimal factors were obtained. When the temperature is 90℃, the amount of Me4 NOH is 0. 12%, the proper quantity of MM, organosilicon with vinyl group can be obtained. The structure of the product can be tested by infrared spectrum (FT-IR).
