脐尿管病变的CT诊断

目的:探讨脐尿管病变的CT表现,提高对该病的认识。方法:6例脐尿管病变患者经CT扫描诊断并手术病理确诊。结果:6例中2例脐尿管囊肿,1例脐尿管囊肿并感染,2例脐尿管瘘并感染,1例脐尿管癌。CT表现为下腹壁近中线部位(脐与膀胱之间)的囊性或囊实性占位。结论:通过CT平扫加增强扫描能明确病变的部位、形态、范围、密度及邻近关系,并可做出定性诊断。

Results： 6 urachus in examples take care of the bag swollen, 1 urachus tube the bag is swollen also infection, 2 urachus tube fistula combine infection, 1 urachus tube cancer. The cr performance for next the stomach wall bag or the bag solids of the near centerline part（ navel and of the urine bladder） share. Conclusions： Passes the cr even sweep to add to strengthen to scan the ability explicit the part, appearance, scope, density of the pathological changes and close by relation, and can do settle sex diagnosis.
