摘要
数控加工中产生的接刀痕迹,对产品的使用性能、工作寿命及可靠性有直接影响。分析了接刀痕迹产生的原因,并提出了用软件补偿的方法来改善接刀痕迹,散热器表面加工质量得到了提高,在生产中取得了较好的效果。
The machined trace produced in NC machining has a direct effect to the use performance, the reliability and the working life of product. The analysis of causes for the machined trace from numerical control (NC) machining is made, it is proposed that the software compensation technology can be used to improve the machined trace. It is also showed that the surface machining quality of the heat sink can be improved and the satisfactory result can be achieved in production with this technology.
