摘要
根据矿井提升机制动系统的工况特点,设计了基于故障树的故障诊断专家系统,重点论述了专家系统的知识库构成及推理机制。故障树方法是分析复杂系统故障的有效方法之一,利用故障树建立专家系统的知识库,很好地解决了故障诊断专家系统知识获取的“瓶颈”问题。
Fault diagnosis expert system based on the fault tree is designed according to the working status of mine elevator braking system. The foundation of knowledge base and the realization of reasoning machine are expatiated in detail. The fault tree analysis is one of the valid methods used in analyzing the complicated system faults. The bottleneck of knowledge getting in fauh diagnosis expert system is resolved excellently by designing knowledge base of expert system using fault tree.
