影响妇科癌症患者家属生活质量的相关因素研究

Relative factors of life quality of principle caregivers of gynecologic cancer patients

目的探讨影响妇科癌症患者家属生活质量的相关因素。方法采用问卷的方法对85例妇科癌症患者的家属进行调查。数据分析采用构成比描述、Spearman 单因素相关分析和多元线性回归分析。结果患者疾病诊断、体能状况、知情状况以及家属文化程度、经济状况等与癌症患者家属生活质量具有显著相关性(r=0.266,0.229,0.206,0.201,0.188, P＜0.05)。结论妇科癌症患者家属的生活质量受患者疾病诊断、知情程度、体能状况和家属的文化程度、家庭经济状况等因素的影响。

Objective To explore and identify the factors that influence the quality of life of principle caregivers of gynecologic cancer patients. Methods Eight-five earegivers of the gynecologic cancer patients participated in a structured interview. Quality of life of earegivers was assessed by questionnaire of Caregiver Quality of Life. Patient＇s performance status was assessed by the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Performance Status Rating （ECOG-PSR）. Percent, Spearman correlation, linear regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Results There were significant correlation between QOL of caregivers and cancer diagnosis, patient＇s PSR, informed status, education level of earegiver and family financial status （r= 0. 266,0. 229, 0. 206,0. 201,0. 188,P〈0.05）. Conclusions QOL of principle caregivers of gynecologic cancer patients were influenced by cancer diagnosis, patient＇s PSR, informed status, education level of earegiver and the family financial status.
