邓小平干部管理思想的现实意义研究

摘要 中共十一届三中全会后,我国人事制度中存在的弊端严重妨碍着社会主义优越性的发挥。为解决这一问题,邓小平适应时代的要求,创造性地提出了一系列具有中国特色的干部管理思想,树立了丰富和发展马克思主义理论的典范,创造了新老干部合作与交替的崭新形式,为新时期的干部队伍建设提供了有益的经验,为马列主义、毛泽东思想建党理论宝库增添了新的宝藏。 After the third session of the 11th Conference of Chinese Communist Party, the abuses in the personnel system of our country obstruct the performance of the socialist superiority badly. In order to solve this problem and meet the demand of the times, Deng Xiao-ping creatively put forward a series of ideas of cadre management with Chinese characteristics, establishing a model of enriching and developing Marxist theory, creating a new form of youngoold cadres' cooperation and alternation, and has provided beneficial experiences for the new-period construction of cadre team. In addition, it has also added new treasure to the theoretical treasure-house of the construction of Marxism-Leninism and the thought of Mao Ze-dong.
