摘要
近年随着我国高等教育发展规模迅速扩大,由精英教育向大众化教育迈进的过程中,由于我国劳动力市场发育的不完善,经济发展状况,就业者观念及素质的原因,使得人才的供需之间出现失衡,大学生就业难,从而引致高等教育发展过度的假象。只有从根源入手找出原因,才能采取相应的措施以促使我国教育事业的健康发展。
With the rapid development of the national higher education, in the process from elite education to mass education, the demand and supply for labors are off balance due to the labor market, economical condition, employees＇ concepts and qualities. The difficulty in getting employed gives rise to a false phenomenon of over-education. Through tracking the causes down, we can take corresponding effective measures to promote the development of national education.
