摘要
多臂井径仪各臂具有独立的测量探头和传感器,能够测量得到丰富的井径信息,记录多个方位方向上的套管内径值,可以更准确地获得套管形变、剩余壁厚、弯曲、断裂、腐蚀等信息。将井径数据直接以三维图形的形式绘制出来,可给用户直观的结果。针对其数据特点,在对物体的三维可视化技术进行探索和研究的基础上,提出了简单可行的算法,实现了套管的三维重构。开发了基于Delphi和OpenGL的三维成像软件,详细介绍了具体的实现方法,可显示三维图像,实现对物体进行旋转、缩放、融合、剖面和人机交互等功能。三维图像直观、准确,为油田套管分析提供了可靠的保证。该算法也适用于其他类似方面的应用。
Each arm of multi - arm caliper logging tool has its independent detector and sensor .so multi - arm caliper logging tool can measure and get lots of information about boreholes, log the inner diameter values of casing tube in different directions, obtain more accurate information about shape changes, remnant wall thickness, bend, rupture, and erosion. Users can see the visual logging results if the measured borehole data are drawn in the form of 3D image. Based on research on 3D visualization technique,a simple and effective algorithm was presented and the 3D reconstruction of casing tube was realized. A 3D imaging software was developed with OpenGL and Delphi. The implement method was introduced in detail. 3D image can be shown on the .screen to realize the functions of rotating, scaling, combination, .sectioning and man - machine interaction. 3D image is clear and accurate, which provides reliable information for oilfield casing tube analysis. The algorithm is aiso suitable for other similar applications.
