摘要
本文以Mo2C和Si粉为原料,同时添加合金元素Nb粉和ZrO2陶瓷颗粒,经真空热压烧结制得(NbC+ZrO2)-MoSi2原位复合材料,采用合金化和复合化的方法综合改善MoSi2的室温韧性。结果表明,所得复合材料的室温断裂韧性不仅比纯MoSi2材料有很大程度的提高,而且也明显好于Nb增韧MoSi2基复合材料和ZrO2增韧MoSi2基复合材料。此外,对复合材料的室温增韧机理进行了初步探讨。
(NbC + ZrO2) -MoSi2 composites were fabricated by Adding Nb Powder and ZrO2 ceramicl particles to MozC and Si powder, vacuum hot press sintering.The toughness of MoSi2 at room temperature was improved comprehensively by alloying and compounding. The results show that room temperature fracture toughness of this kind MoSi2 based composites can be improved greatly compared to the unreinforced MoSi2 and Nb - toughened and ZrO2 - toughened MoSi2 based composites. At the same time, the mechanism of toughening at room temperature of(NbC + ZrO2 ) - MoSi2 composites is discussed.
