摘要
优良的金刚石镀层可以实现金刚石与胎体的冶金包镶。本文对金刚石镀钛层进行了俄歇(Auger)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析。俄歇分析测定的镀层厚度约3 900,与增重推算的镀层厚度十分相近。俄歇分析钛与碳原子百分浓度66∶33,落在以TiC为基固溶体单相区。XRD分析镀层为TiC,这说明镀钛层是钛与碳原子比可变的TiC为基的固溶体,不存在单独钛的附着层,这对金刚石工具的冶金包镶是有利的。
Good diamond coating can make fine metallurgical retention between diamond and matrix. The titanium coating was analysed by Auger and X - ray analysis. The coating thickness observed by Auger analysis was about 3 900A, which is quite close to the thickness obtained by increase- weight estimation. Auger analysis indicated that the atom weight proportion between the titanium and carbon in the coating is 66:33, so the compound is located in solid solution phase region of TiC based on Ti - C phase diagrams. X - ray analysis confirmed that the phase in coating is TiC. It proves that the coating is made up of solid solution based on TiC with different atom weight proportion between the titanium and carbon. Simple titanium does not exist in the coating, it is advantageous to form a fine metallurgy retention in diamond tools.
