摘要
2000以来,重庆房地产业进入快速发展期,为重庆经济的持续、快速、协调、健康发展做出了积极的贡献,同时也存在着产品结构不合理等问题。目前,重庆应进一步加大对房地产领域的改革力度,加强宏观调控,以促进重庆房地产业稳定、健康发展。
Since 2000, Chongqing real estate business has entered a period of fast development and has made positive contribution to the continuous, rapid, coordinated and healthy development of Chongqing economy. Meanwhile, there also exist such problems as unreasonable product： structures. Presently, Chongqing municipal government should further strengthen the reform in real estate business and the macro regulation and control so as to promote the stable and healthy development of Chongqing real estate business,
