摘要
图书馆管理是一项追求效益的工作。实施绩效管理可以改善图书馆的服务效果,提高工作绩效,激励馆员,增强馆员工作满意感和图书馆凝聚力。论述了图书馆绩效管理特点、内容以及存在的问题,并针对存在的问题提出改进措施。
The objective of library management work is to pursue benefits. Implementing performance management can improve library service effects to some extent, heighten its work performance, stimulate its staff, enhance staff' s sense of satisfaction, and strengthen its cohesion as well. This paper discusses the characteristics, content, and existing problems in present library performance management, and puts forward some cotmtenneasures to these problems.
