摘要
循环水量不足是引起石横电厂#1、#2凝汽机组真空偏低的主要原因之一。对循环水泵组进行了分析改造后,循环水量大幅增加,机组真空获得了满意的效果。本文介绍了改造后的试验结果,提出了改造后的运行方式并详细分析了改造后机组的运行经济性。
This paper introduces and analyses the cause of low vacuum in Power Plant. Practical and optimal operation mode of water circulating pump is determined by varying operation mode calculation for condenser and turbine under different main steam flow and different inlet temperature of circulating water. Optimal vacuum is improved. As a result, this renovation enhances the economy of the units.
