贫血大鼠模型瘀血出血改变与其临床意义的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:采用注射APH致贫血造模方法,对照观察正常与造模后青、老年大鼠的血常规、血液流变学以及出、凝血时间等情况,探讨贫血模型的瘀血、出血发生机制与临床意义。结果:贫血青年与老年大鼠的血液流变学以及出、凝血时间,足底微循环等均较同龄正常大鼠有明显异常。表现为WBV(高、中、低切值)、PV或WBRV(高、低切值),以及EI和IR均有明显升高;足底微循环显著障碍;而出、凝血时间明显延长(P<0.01或P<0.05)。脏器组织均可见缺血损伤、瘀血、出血的病理改变。结论:贫血模型的瘀血、出血反应,与伴有血液流变学和凝血功能异常有关。此研究可为“补血调血”治法提供一定依据。 Objective: Discuss the mechanism and clinical meaning of blood stasis model by observing the blool routine, coagulation time of the normal group and youth ,senior model with injection of APH to produce rat model of the deficiency of blood. Results: The haemorheology, blooding time, coagulation time and foot microcirculation of the model group were significant different from the normal group. The whole blood viscosity,plasm viscosity,whole blood reduced viscosity, red blood cell deformation and rigidity index increased significantly. And dysfunctional foot microcirculation and blooding time, coagulation time were prolonged(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). There were ischemia,blood stasis,and bleeding of the organ tissue. Conclusion: Blood stasis induced Needing have relation with the abnormality of haemorheology and coagulation function. The study can provide the evidence of treatment of enriching and regulating blood.
