摘要
介绍了330dtex/24fPPFDY纤维的生产工艺,重点对纺丝、冷却进行了详细的讨论。结果表明:采用合理的工艺纺丝温度225℃,上油率控制在1.0%,可纺出优良产品。
The process for the production of PP full drawn yarn fiber was introduced. The conditions of spinning and cooling were discussed in detail. The results showed that the high-quality product was obtained with spinning temperature 225 ℃, oil content 1.0 %.
