摘要
从学校所在区域人才市场的需求出发,对综合理科实用型人才技能培养目标的定位与依据,技能培养的途径和方法等问题进行了有益地探索与实践。
In this article, according to the need of the personnel market in the place where a university locates, the authors try to talk about how and why to make the aim of fostering the practical qualified students of comprehensive science, and they have done some helpful exploring and practising to find out the approaches and methods for skill training the skills.
