周期性缺陷接地结构的传输特性分析

摘要 周期性缺陷接地结构(PDGS)是在微波电路的接地金属平面上,人为地蚀刻出周期性的“缺陷”结构,以改变接地电流的分布,从而改变传输线的频率特性。本文针对PDGS结构的传输特性进行了时域有限差分(FDTD) 数值分析,绘制了它们精确的传输特性曲线,得出了PDGS结构的周期单元数与其传输特性之间的变化规律。通过分析知:当周期单元数较大时,PDGS结构具有良好的阻带特性;当周期单元数变小时,阻带宽度变窄、阻带深度变浅。 The periodic defected ground structures (PDGS) are the structures that are etched periodically on its ground plane. PDGS can be used to prohibit the propagation of electromagnetic waves within a certain band of frequencies. In this paper, the precise parameters of transmission properties of PDGS are obtained on the basis of FDTD(finite-difference timedomain method)analysis. PDGS has good stop-band when periodic unit amounts are biggish, and the deepness and width of stop-band will decrease with the decrease of periodic unit amounts. The relation between periodic unit amounts and transmission properties of PDGS given in the paper will provide powerful tool for the analysis and design of PDGS.
