摘要 阐述了利用COM技术实现可互换信号驱动的软件架构,即IVI-SD模型(基于信号的仪器可互换驱动器)的模块化体系结构,详细阐述了各个组成部分的性能和设计思路,并给出了基于最新的IVI-SD标准的信号驱动器的信号模型,仪器描述模型和TPS开发标准。在此基础上,详述了支持IVI-SD模型的测试要求提取和仪器选择算法,并给出了实验结果。 The actualization of interchangeable signal instrument driver software architecture using COM technology is discussed,as well as the structures and characteristics of IVI-signal driver model. The signal model,instrument description model and test program selection model are stressed. On the base of all above,a test demand collection algorithm and an automatic resource allocation algorithm are emphasized,both of which can support IVI-SD model. Test results are presented in the end.
