Through the discuss on the problem of the disturbances and the method of isolation technology （such as power supply isolation,signal isolation etc.）,we resolve the problem of the disturbance,in the automatic control system that appeared in the process of the installation,debugging and using in the industrial field.And offer some experiences and referrences for the design of automatic control system.
