矩阵变换器半自然两步换流技术的实现 被引量:1

Implementation of Semi Natural Two Steps Commutationin Matrix Converter

摘要 安全换流是矩阵变换器实现应用过程中的关键问题,文中给出了目前主要的几种换流方法及各自特点,其中半自然两步换流是通过判断输入相电压所在区间来实现双向开关的安全换流。通过分析半自然两步换流的换流过程,得出了换流过程的开关软化情况,以及三相矩阵变换器两步换流的状态转换图。文章利用CPLD,采用状态机设计,实现了矩阵变换器的半自然两步换流。实验结果表明该方法可以实现矩阵变换器双向开关的安全换流。 Safety commutation is critical in the implementation of matrix converter. The main methods of commutation and their characteristics are presented in the paper. Among these methods, semi natural two steps commutation is able to implement safety commutation of bi-direction switches through identifying the input phase voltages. By analyzing the commutation process of semi natural two steps commutation, the state of soft switching and switching states of semi natural two steps commutation are obtained. And also, this paper obtains a method of semi natural two steps commutation implementation by using CPLD with the design method of state machine. Experiment results certify that this method assure safety commutation of bi-direction switches.
