摘要 本文研究了形变温度,形变速度,形变量,形变时间,形变环境等变形参数对TC11合金超塑形变特性及形变组织的影响。实验表明,该合金显示了显著的形变软化效应。形变中虽有晶粒长大但对超塑性能影响不明显。形变温度是合金超塑形变的关键控制参数。延伸率是表征合金超塑性能的关键性能指标。本文对研究结果在等温锻造中的实际应用也进行了讨论。 The effect of deformation parameters, such as deformation temperature, deformation rate, deforming degree, deformation time, deformation environment etc. on superplastic character and deformation structure for TC11-alloy was studied in this paper. The test results obtained shows that this alloy displays significant softening effect of deformation. Although the grain grows up during straining, the Influence on super-rplastic behavior is not outstanding. Deformation temperature is the key control parameter for superplastlc strain of the alloy. The elongation Is the key property Index representing alloy superplastlc character. In addition, practical application of the Investigation result to isothermal forging is also discussed in this paper.
