甜菜丛根病目测鉴评方法及实践

Evaluation of Sugarbeet Rhizomania Identification by Ocular Estimation Method

针对甜菜丛根病,提出田间单株根部5级目测法、群体的病情指数及平均病级,经2003～2004年新疆甜菜抗丛根病区域鉴定试验表明:7份参试材料表现中抗,病情指数31.2～38.9,平均病级1.51～2.0;1份高感,病情指数为62.4,平均病级为3.1。两年7份表现抗病的材料平均块根产量与对照KWS5075差异不显著,含糖率15.2%～16.1%,产糖量较对照增加1.9%～11.6%。

The experiment was conducted to investigate the disease index and the average disease grade of sugarbeet Rhizomania by ocular estimation method. Through the district experiment in 8 different regions in Xinjiang from 2003 to 2004, the results showed that seven sugarbeet strains were as the middle-resistant, the disease index was from 31.2 to 38.9, and the average disease grade was from 1.51 to 2.0; one of them was as the high susceptible, its disease index was 62.4 and the average disease grade was 3.1. The mean root yield of total seven lines for two years had no significant differences, the sugar content was 15.2%-16.1%, and the sugar yield was increased up to 1.9% - 11.6% in comparison with CK （KWS5075）.
