摘要 论述了AFLP分子标记技术的产生、特点和基本原理,目前AFLP分子标记技术在甘蔗遗传育种研究中广泛应用于鉴定品种或种质,检测遗传多样性,构建分子连锁遗传图谱,定位克隆基因等领域,展现出广阔的应用前景。 The development, characters and basic principle of AFLP technique were introduced in the paper. The AFLP technology has been extensively applied in sugarcane breeding, such as identifying varieties or germplasms, verifying of genetic diversities, constructing of molecular genetic maps, localizing and cloning genes, assistant breeding, and studying gene expression, regulation, classification as well as evolution, etc., it has shown a bright future in the sugarcane breeding application.
