摘要
饭店员工的高流动率是整个行业普遍存在的问题,是一直困绕着饭店管理者的难题,树立以人为本的管理思想,培育饭店文化,构建动态的流动机制,是稳定员工队伍的重要保障。
The high flowing rate of hotel staff is a ubiquitous problem in whole trade, and is always the difficult problem that winding the superintendents. The author analyses the drain of hotel staff from many aspects deeply, and has put forward the corresponding countermeasure to stabilize the staff troop. Need to set up the ideology of people foremost, cultivate the hotel civilization , construct the mobile mechanism.
