对我国环境法制建设的几点思考

My Viewpoints on Making the Envioronmental Laws in our Country

环境法治建设是我国法治建设的一项重要内容。近几年来,我们国家的环境问题日益突出,已不仅仅是社会发展某一环节问题,而是关系全局发展的重大现实问题。而在市场经济日益成熟,法制建设逐步推进的今天,把环境保护纳入法治进程的轨道,以法治为主的综合治理,应该说是当前环境问题解决的最优方案。本文试就我国的环境问题及环境法治作一下探讨。

Environmental laws construction is an important aspect for the laws construction in our country. In recent years, the environmental situations has been becoming more and more severe, and become a significant practical problem not only related to one part of our social development, but also related to the whole development. Therefore, making the environmental protection be regulated by laws and managing it by laws are the best and most valid methods to solve present environmental problems under the today＇s circumstances of market ecomomy and laws construction. This paper aims to explore the environmental problems and its laws construction of our country.
