摘要
根据1号高炉铁口打泥困难的现象,分析造成打泥困难的原因:设备、作业、操作等因素的影响。由于采用了相应的对策,解决了铁口打泥困难的问题,对维持正常的铁口深度和保证炉缸长寿,意义巨大。
Since the difficulties in the clay gunning in No.IBF taphole,the influence of the equipment,furnace operation,etc.on it is analysed.The difficulties have been overcome due to the corresponding measures ,which will be of great sig- nificance to maintaining normal depth of taphole and the longevity of BF hearth.
