共轭方向搜索逼近的裂纹信号定量分析方法

摘要 建立V形裂纹磁荷模型和测量方程,采用共轭方向搜索逼近的优化方法对裂纹进行定量分析,解决了漏磁定量分析中的不适定问题,通过试验证明该算法能够快速收敛于真实解,是一种实现缺陷定量检测有效的无损检测方法. Magnetic charge model for V-shaped crack and measurement equation are established. The optimization method of search approximation in the conjugate direction on quantitative analysis for crack is adopted. The problem in quantitative analysis for leakage magnetic field is solved. Testing result indicates that this algorithm converges rapidly to real solutions. The algorithm is an effective non-distructive testing method to realize quantitative testing for crack.
