摘要
本文以1300mm 初轧机主传动系统扁头中出现的两类裂纹,即表面半椭圆裂纹及角裂纹为研究对象,运用确定性断裂力学理论及概率断裂力学理论,建立了脆性断裂临界裂纹尺寸的确定性评定模型及可靠性评定模型,并给出了应用实例。
With the investigation on the semielliptical crack and corner crack existing in the flat roll end of the main driving system of 1300ram blooming mill,and based on the deterministic fracture mechanics and probabilistic fracture mechanics,the deterministic assessment model and the reliability interference as- sessment model for the critical crack size of brittle fracture have been established, and some related examples are enumerated as well.
