树立创新意识、培养创新素质、增强创新能力,是高校图书馆可持续发展之路的动力之源。本文旨在阐述高校图书馆工作人员创新素质的结构、人格特征对创新素质的影响及创新素质培养应解决的几个问题。

Fostering the consciousness of innovation, cultivating the quality of innovation and strengthening the ability of innovation are power sources of the sustainable development of libraries of colleges and universities. This paper aims at elaborating librarians＇structure of innovative quality, the influence of trains of personality on innovative quality, and some problems which should be solved in cultivating innovative quality.
