We must consider the character of infant＇s body and mind when we built the goal system of infant sports activities. ＂system view＂ and ＂three member view＂ should be the structure view, and diathesis development should be the main goal fountain, what＇s more, we should consider P. E. s＇ multidimensional benefit. The article tells the using of sports instruments and the importance of companionship in the course of infant＇s sports activities. At last, the author supplies some principles during the trimming of infants＇ P.E.contents in order to realize the goal of infants P.E..
