A Probe into the Law Pattern of Constructing Free-Trade Area in Chinese Regional Trade

中国区域贸易一体化自由贸易区是加强一国之内与周边邻国的区域经济合作的一项重要举措。应当怎样实现中国区域贸易一体化,建立怎样的区域贸易组织,是当前应当亟待探讨的课题。通过借鉴其他自由贸易区的经验和教训,对中国区域贸易一体化的基本原则、发展目标及相关法律制度进行探讨,以便建立适合本地区特点的有利于长远发展的区域贸易一体化模式。

It is an important act for strengthening the regional co-operation between one country and its neighboring countries to construct the free-trade area of Chinese regional-trade integration. But how shall we realize the Chinese regional-trade integration？ And what kind of regional-trade organization shall we set up？ This article, drawing on the experience of other free-trade areas, makes a probe into the basic principles of Chinese regional-trade integration, its developing targets and relative law systems so as to set up the regional-trade integrative pattern suitable to the features and long-period development of local areas.
