福爱乐医用胶在结节性甲状腺肿切除术中的应用

The application of FuAiLe medical adhesive in nodular goiter ectomy

目的观察福爱乐医用胶在手术治疗结节性甲状腺肿中的使用效果。方法按随机、前瞻、单盲、对照原则,将58例结节性甲状腺肿患者分为两组:试验组(术中使用福爱乐医用胶组,31例)和对照组(术中不使用福爱乐医用胶组,27例),重点观察两组患者术后的引流液量和性质以及引流液中细胞总数、WBC、Hb、PLT、蛋白等指标。结果试验组较对照组术后引流液量、细胞总数、WBC、Hb、PLT、蛋白均减少并无并发症发生(P<0.01)。结论福爱乐医用胶是一种较好的止血防渗材料,适于在甲状腺手术中使用,有利于患者恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of FuAiLe medical adhesive off nodular goiter ectomy. Methods According to prospective, randomized, single - blind and controlled rule, 58 nodular goiter patients were divided into 2 groups： test group （using FuAiLe medical adhesive in ectomy, 31 cas es） and control group （no FuAiLe medical adhesive used, 27 cases）. The drainage amount and qualification. cell count, WBC, lib, PLT, protein were emphasized to observe on the 2 groups. Results In comparison with control group, less drainage, cell count, WBC, Hb, PLT, protein and no complication after ectomy were observed in test group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion FuAiLe medical adhesive is a good hemostasia and anti - penetration material, and it can be used in thyroid operation, which will be helpful to the recovery of the patients and benefit to spread clinical application.
