摘要
系统地研究了各种辅助络合剂和表面活性剂对于锆与溴代二甲氨基苯基荧光酮(BDMAF)显色体系的影响。当存在第二配体F-及非离子表面活性剂Tween-80或OP-10时,形成Zr-BDMAF-F^(-)—表面活性剂四元混配胶束体系,表现摩尔吸光系数由1.48×105增大至2.05×105。拟定了以EDTA褪色试液作为参比溶液的方法,消除高价离子的干扰,可以不经分离直接光度法测定某些矿石中的微量锆。
The colour reaction of bromo-N,N-dimethylanilinefluorone with zirconium was investigated systematically in the presence of auxiliary complexing ligands and surfactants.The Zr(Ⅳ)-F--BDMAF-SF quaternry complex is formed.in the presenceof F-and nonionic surfactant Tween-80 or OP-10.The apparent molar absorption coefficient increased from 1.48×105 to 2.05×105L·mol-c.cm-1.The interference of some ions can be eliminated by adding EDTA to coloured solution as a reference solution.Itbeen applied to determine trace of Zr(Ⅳ) in some minerals.
